Agreement

By buying, accessing, or using Reclaim Your Focus, Focus Kit, or this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the product or site.

Product access

Reclaim Your Focus is a digital course and Focus Kit app provided by Build Both Worlds. Access is for your personal use only. You may not share, resell, publish, copy, or distribute the course, app, templates, lessons, or private materials without written permission.

Payments

Prices are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by our checkout provider. You are responsible for providing accurate purchase and account information so we can deliver access to the product.

Refund policy

Reclaim Your Focus includes a 7-day refund policy. If you go through the first few lessons and missions and feel the product is not useful for you, email guled@buildbothworlds.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include the email used at checkout so we can find the order.

Educational use

The product is educational and practical in nature. It is not medical, mental health, legal, financial, or religious ruling advice. You are responsible for your decisions, your device settings, and how you apply the material in your life.

Account conduct

• Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse the site or app.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content into Focus Kit.
• Do not use another account or purchase access without permission.

Intellectual property

Build Both Worlds owns the site, course materials, app structure, design, written content, and related intellectual property unless otherwise stated. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the product after purchase.

Availability and changes

We may update the product, site, pricing, features, or these terms from time to time. We aim to keep access reliable, but we do not guarantee that the site or app will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Build Both Worlds will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or product.

Your use of the site and product is also covered by our Privacy Policy.
